We are a Limerick and Tipperary based, family run Architect’s office working throughout Ireland.

We believe architecture is a service industry first. It is a bi-product of human existence and secondary always to the act of living. At its best architecture tends towards an art form absolutely but it is not Art for Arts sake. It is only through a dedication to meeting needs, effectively and efficiently that such quality architecture can emerge.

When the dust settles on a build, it is for the architecture to recede and daily life to take over.

We use a process-driven approach to find solutions that are functional and cost-effective. Solutions that are materially efficient and environmentally conscious. The process results in an architecture that has been well considered with the meeting of needs at its core. The refinement inbuilt in that process is what can turn a meeting of needs into something timeless, evocative and beautiful.
